Compensation: £40,000 – £50,000/year + equity + commission

We’ve grown through strong channel partnerships and are now ready to build a direct lead generation engine to accelerate growth. We’re looking for a scrappy, results-driven Demand Generation & Business Development Specialist who can help us generate 10–15 qualified leads per month – starting in the UK and expanding into the US.

What You’ll Do

As our Demand Generation Specialist, you’ll own the entire lead generation process, from strategy to execution. Your mission is to build a predictable pipeline of qualified leads for our sales team and channel partners!

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation Strategy: Design and execute a multi-channel plan to consistently deliver 10–15 high-quality, ICP-aligned leads per month
  • Prospecting & Outreach: Research, identify, and engage target accounts via email, LinkedIn, phone and events – booking qualified meetings for the sales team
  • Campaign Execution: Run targeted outbound campaigns using tools like Apollo.io, Seamless.AI and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Inbound Conversion: Rapidly follow up with inbound leads, qualify their needs, and progress them towards sales readiness
  • Content & Messaging: Create high-impact content (whitepapers, case studies, social posts, webinar decks) that drives engagement and supports sales conversations
  • Webinars & Events: Plan and host monthly virtual events to showcase our product and capture leads
  • Industry Events & Conferences: Represent Grypp at conferences, exhibitions, and networking events – giving demos and searching out/generating leads from in-person interactions
  • CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records in HubSpot, track lead sources, update opportunity stages, and produce clear pipeline reports
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with sales and channel teams to ensure smooth handover, shared account insights, and alignment on target lists
  • Data-Driven Optimisation: Monitor MQL → SQL conversion rates, pipeline value, and campaign ROI, adjusting tactics to maximise results
  • Market Expansion: Help open new geographies (initially UK, then US) by identifying relevant prospects, partners, and event opportunities

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a self-starter who can bridge the gap between marketing and sales… someone who can generate high-quality leads and help move them towards revenue.

You’ll combine strategic campaign planning with hands-on prospecting, relationship-building and pipeline management.

Must-Haves

  • Proven track record in demand generation and/or business development for SaaS or B2B companies
  • Experience owning the full lead-to-opportunity process, from campaign creation to initial prospect qualification
  • Hands-on expertise with HubSpot for workflows, lead scoring, and reporting
  • Proficiency with AI-driven lead gen tools (e.g., Apollo.io, Seamless.AI, ChatGPT)
  • Strong copywriting and messaging skills across email, social, and event campaigns
  • Data-driven mindset – able to measure ROI, forecast pipeline, and optimise campaigns
  • Startup mentality: resourceful, proactive, and comfortable wearing multiple hats

Nice-to-Haves

  • Familiarity with the call center or customer experience sector
  • Knowledge of UK and US markets and relevant compliance (GDPR, TCPA, CAN-SPAM)
  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and social selling on LinkedIn
  • Confidence in running discovery calls to further qualify prospects before sales hand-off

Compensation Structure

We believe in rewarding performance and aligning incentives with company success.

Here’s how we’ll structure your compensation:

Base Salary: £35,000–£50,000/year

Commission:

  • £100 per SQL above 10/month
  • 2.5% of ACV for deals closed from your leads

Equity: Participation in our equity scheme to give you a stake in our long-term growth
