About Grypp

We’re an ambitious SaaS company transforming the contact centre experience with a simple belief: Unite through Sight. Our visual engagement technology helps contact centres connect with customers in richer, faster, and more human ways – using video, co-browsing and interactive tools that let agents and customers truly see the conversation.

To date, Grypp has grown through strong partnerships. Now, we’re building a serious inbound growth engine to complement sales and indirect GTM. Marketing is shifting from supporting activity to creating pipeline and this role sits at the centre of that shift.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on growth role, not a brand-only or campaign-heavy position. You’ll build Grypp’s inbound engine from scratch, owning inbound, AI-driven search visibility, partner marketing, and HubSpot with a single focus: creating qualified pipeline, not noise. You’ll establish the function, demonstrate measurable impact, and scale it as Grypp grows.

Your Mission

Build an AI-enabled inbound growth engine that:

  • Gets Grypp discovered via AI search, SEO, and LinkedIn
  • Converts content into qualified inbound leads
  • Makes sales teams and partners more effective in live deals
  • Operates lean, fast, and commercially focused

Key Responsibilities

Inbound & AI Search

  • Own inbound lead generation across website, SEO, AI search, LinkedIn, and email
  • Build topical authority around Grypp’s core use cases and target verticals
  • Use AI tools to research, create, optimise, and out-execute competitors with larger budgets

Sales & Partner Marketing

  • Create deal-enabling assets: one-pagers, use cases, ROI stories, partner decks
  • Establish and run scalable webinars with reusable content
  • Support CCaaS partners and SIs with co-branded GTM materials
  • Turn real sales feedback into fast, usable marketing outputs

HubSpot (Non-Negotiable)

  • Own HubSpot end-to-end: landing pages, workflows, sequences, reporting
  • Build clean inbound qualification and sales handoff
  • Track marketing impact against pipeline and closed deals

Social (Sales-Led)

  • Run LinkedIn as a credible inbound channel
  • Package founder and sales POV into content that sparks conversations
  • Focus on proof, insight, and relevance – not vanity metrics

Skills & Experience

  • 3 – 6 years of marketing experience: in B2B SaaS, preferably in contact centre, CX, or enterprise software
  • Strong inbound track record: proven at generating qualified leads and pipeline while navigating rapid shifts in SEO, AI, and digital marketing channels
  • Demonstrable HubSpot expertise: hands on building campaigns, email sequences, workflows, dashboards, and reporting
  • Collaborative: comfortable working closely with sales, partners and leadership to fuel pipeline momentum
  • AI-fluent: you use AI daily (not theoretically) to accelerate ideation, creation, optimisation, and performance insight
  • Ambitious builder who thrives on ownership and accountability: driving initiatives end-to-end, managing projects effectively, prioritising proactively, and delivering measurable impact on Grypp’s growth
  • Resourceful and effective with limited budget: used to building pipeline through insight, speed, and execution rather than spend
  • Excellent writing, communication, and attention to detail: clear, concise, and adaptable across formats
  • A creator, not a committee-writer: comfortable experimenting, iterating, and owning outputs
  • Used to working across UK, US, and EMEA and able to join cross time zone meetings

This Role Is NOT

❌ A brand or PR role

❌ An events-heavy role

❌ A high-budget campaign role

❌ A people-management role

Why Grypp

  • High autonomy, real ownership, visible impact
